AEP Prep Step 1: Get Your At-Risk Clients on the Calendar
🎥 Video Walkthrough (3 minutes)
Watch this quick demo to see exactly how to: add the campaign template, set campaign dates, adjust availability, and manage invite and reminder settings.
Why This Step Matters
Each year during AEP, some of your clients face plan changes or get targeted by competitors. These are your at-risk clients — the ones most likely to shop around if you don’t connect with them first.
By booking them early, you:
- Protect your book of business
- Show clients you’re proactive and attentive
- Reduce last-minute scheduling stress during AEP
How to Spot At-Risk Clients
Focus on these groups first:
- Carrier exits: Clients whose carriers are leaving your state or region. They’ll be automatically disenrolled and must choose new coverage.
- Plan changes: Clients with premium increases, network changes, or reduced benefits.
- Service concerns: Clients who had complaints or issues last AEP.
- No recent check-ins: Clients you haven’t spoken with since last AEP.
Tip: Start building this list now so you can upload them into the Scheduler as soon as you’re ready.

Pro Tip
Don’t wait until October. The earlier you secure these meetings, the less likely your clients are to talk to a competitor first.
