Customize Your Email Invitations and Reminders
Our standard campaigns come ready to send, but you may want to customize them. Fortunately, it is easy to do so! Just follow these steps:
1. Find the campaign you want to edit under "Campaigns" in the main navigation menu.
2. Under the "Actions" column, select "View" for the campaign
3. Select the type of messages you want to edit from the tabs toward the the top of the screen - "invitations" or "reminders"
4. Find the message you want to edit and click "edit" in the left side of it's row.
This will open up the edit screen. On this screen you can update the following:
Name: This is what you call the message (internally - it isn't shown to your clients)
Subject: For emails, this is the subject line of the email. This is not used for text messages.
Days: How many days into the campaign this message gets sent.
Template: Select one of the pre-built templates we've created for you to use.
Tokens: These are merge values you can add to your messages. When you add these, the token will get dynamically updated to the appropriate value (For example, the "Full name" token will become the customer's full name in the message)
Body: This is the body of the message.
Hyperlink Text for Booking Link: For email messages, the value entered here will be shown where the "Booking Link" token is inserted. For example, "Click here" will be used as the link text in your message if that is entered for Hyperlink Text.
SMS Disclaimers: Please note that all SMS messages automatically receive disclaimer text at the end of the message with instructions on how to opt-out.
