Set Custom Availability for Your Campaign
With the Great AEP platform, you can set a default availability for all campaigns on your account. For details on how to set a default availability, view our guide here.
It's also possible to create custom availability settings for an individual campaign. This guide will show you how to switch to and configure custom availability for a specific campaign.

Set Custom Availability For a Campaign
To set custom availability for a campaign, start by navigating to the campaigns page by clicking Campaigns in the top navigation bar.
A list of all your campaigns will appear. Locate the campaign that you'd like to edit availability for, then click the View button to the right of the campaign row.
This will take you to you Campaign Details page. Click the Availability Rules tab at the top of the page.
To change your campaign from default to custom availability, click the Custom Availability toggle under availability rules.
From here, you can add calendars and adjust your calendar availability to your preferences. Green marks times that you'll be "Available" to take calls. You can remove available time blocks by clicking them and turning them from green to white.
When you've finished, don't forget to click the blue Save button to save your changes. That's it! You've not created a custom availability to be used for this campaign only.
