Pause Messages for a Contact
Sometimes you may want to pause or stop messages to an individual contact. They may have scheduled a meeting via the phone, or maybe they reached out to you to let you know that they don't need to meet at this time. In these situations, you can pause messages for a contact. This will stop Great AEP from sending them emails or text messages for that campaign.
To pause a contact, do the following:
1. Log in to your Great AEP account at https://app.greataep.com/users/sign_in
2. Select "Campaigns" from the top navigation
3. Find the campaign with the contact you want to pause and select "Contacts"
4. Browse or search to locate the contact
5. Click on "View" to the right of the contact
6. At the top of the contact's information, click on the "Pause Invitations" button
They will now be paused from receiving any more messages for that campaign.
To resume messages, follow the same steps, except at step 6 click on the button "Resume Invitations"
