Pause Your Campaign

If you want to your campaign to hold off temporarily from sending out messages, you can pause it. To do so, follow these steps:

1. Log in to your Great AEP account at https://app.greataep.com

2. Click on "Campaigns", and then "View" next to the campaign you want to pause

3. Click on "Pause Campaign" at the top of the screen. You will see the button change to "Resume Campaign"

To reactivate the campaign, click on "Resume Campaign".
