Specifying Which Calendars to Synch With

Within most calendaring services, you can have multiple calendars. This can be very handy because it allows you to have calendars for "work", "family", "travel", and more. If you are seeing time available in Great AEP's scheduling page that shouldn't be available, it's probably because Great AEP doesn't know to look at the calendar that that event is on.

Fortunately the fix is very simple. 

You'll want to make sure you set the correct calendars to for scheduler to look at for your availability. To do this, login to scheduler and the go to Campaigns > Campaign You Are Working On > View (under action) > Availability Rules and then click on the + next to the included calendars. This will open a menu where you can select which calendars to include in your availability.
