Setting Your Time Zone
Great AEP uses your time zone to add appointments to your calendar and manage your availability. Because of that, it's important to make sure your time zone is set correctly. We ask for your time zone during the sign up process, but if for some reason you missed it or need to change it, you can do so easily by following these instructions:
1. Log into your Great AEP account at https://app.greataep.com/users/sign_in
2. Click on your account icon in the upper right corner of the screen. This may be your picture or logo if you have customized it, or it may be a stock circular image.
3. From the drop down menu, select "Profile" to go to your Edit Profile screen.
4. Scroll down to "Time Zone" - it's the last item on the page.
5. Select your time zone from the drop down list.
6. Click "Update" to save changes.
IMPORTANT: Once you've updated your time zone, make sure you visit your campaign to double check your availability as changing your time zone will shift this.
