Accessing Scope of Appointment Forms

If you are selling Medicare products, you can have Great AEP capture an electronically signed Scope of Appointment form from your customers when setting their appointment. 

To turn on the scope of appointment, edit the campaign settings and select "Collect Scope of Appointment". 

To access the signed scope of appointment form, view the appointment by:

• Login to your Great AEP account at https://app.greataep.com
• Click on "Appointments" at the top
• If the appointment is upcoming, it will be shown in the list. If you have lots of upcoming appointments, you may use the search box at the top to search for the customer by name.
• If the appointment is passed, click on "view past appointments" and then search for the customer by name.
• Under SOA, click on "download" to download a copy of the scope of appointment in PDF format.
