Import Contacts from Another Campaign

Sometimes you want to re-use a contact list from another campaign in a new campaign. For example, you may want to re-use last year's Medicare AEP contacts for this year's campaign.

Here's how you can import contacts from another campaign:

1. Once you are logged into your Great AEP account, click on "Campaigns" from the main navigation.
2. Find the campaign that you want to add the contacts to and select "Contacts" next to it.
3. Click on "New Contact" and select "Copy Contacts from Another Campaign"
4. From the list of campaigns, select the campaign that has the contacts you want to copy and then click on the button labeled "Copy Contacts"
5. Contacts will be moved over! 

A few notes: 

• It may take a few minutes for the contacts to finish moving over - this happens in the background
• Great AEP will check for duplicates so a contact does not get added to the same campaign more than once
• Contacts will begin the campaign as soon as they are added and the "starts at" date has passed
• Your "active contact count" will increase by the number of contacts moved over. If both campaigns are active, these contacts will be active in two campaigns and so they will be counted twice.
