Problems with Double Booking or Events Not Showing Up

If you are getting double bookings or events are showing up, it's probably because there's a mismatch in calendar connections or events are being set on your calendar as "free" or "available". Here are some steps that might help track down and resolve the issue:

1. Start by going to the online version of the calendar you have connected with Great AEP to make sure the appointments are showing up there. For example, if you are using Google's calendar, go to google.com/calendar. 

2. Do you see the double-booking there (are there two overlapping appointments)? If you do, check the appointment not booked by Great AEP to see if if it is marked as "busy" or "available/free". 

3. If you don't see the Great AEP appointment, confirm that you have Great AEP connected to this calendar by going to Great AEP, and then navigating to Campaigns > View > Availability Rules. 

4. Sometimes a calendaring service has multiple calendars. You'll want to verify that Great AEP is checking the right ones. Watch this video for details on this issue and how to fix it

5. If you don't see the other appointment via your online calendar, go to the device you created the event on (for example, your phone), and make sure it is connecting properly to the online calendar service. Managing your devices is beyond the scope of what we can help with but you should be able to find support locally with this.
