Add an Attendee to an Appointment
After an appointment has been scheduled, you can easily add additional attendees and send them an invite to the appointment.

Add an Appointment Attendee
To add an attendee to an appointment, start by clicking Appointments in the top navigation bar of your Great AEP account.

Under Your Upcoming Appointments, you'll see a list of all of your scheduled appointments. Find the appointment that you'd like to add an attendee to, then click the name on the far left of the appointment row.

This will open the appointment detail page.
On the appointment detail page, click the Add Attendee button at the right of the page.

You'll be redirected to the Add Additional Attendee page. Fill out the information of the new person that you'd like to add to the appointment.

Be sure to click the checkbox to confirm whether or not the attendee has submitted a completed Scope of Appointment.

Once you've completed the form, click the blue Create Additional Attendee button.
Success! You've now added an additional attendee to your appointment. If you indicated that this attendee had not yet submitted a Scope of Appointment, they will receive a reminder via email to submit an SOA.
Your new attendees will now appear under the Additional Attendee Details section of the appointment details page.

Remind Attendee of SOA Submission
If you have not yet collected a Scope of Appointment from an appointment attendee, you may want to remind attendees to submit one. Great AEP makes it simple to remind an attendee with a single click!
To send an SOA reminder, start by navigating to the appointment details page. Scroll down to the Additional Attendee Details section.
Find the row of the attendee you'd like to send a reminder to. Under SOA on file, click the Email or Text button.

This will send an email or text reminder to your attendee, asking them to complete an SOA prior to their scheduled appointment.
For example, here is an email reminder sent to attendees.

Record Attendee SOA Submission
Once your additional attendee has successfully submitted an Scope of Appointment, you can record it by clicking the Record a Scope button next to the listed attendee.

This will open the attendee information page. Click the blue Update Additional Attendee button.

This will confirm that the attendee has submitted an SOA, and will be reflected on the additional attendee section of the appointment page.
