Rescheduling an Appointment
Need to reschedule an appointment? There are a few ways to move an appointment set via Great AEP:
Option 1: Cancel the appointment in Great AEP and send the customer the link to the normal schedule page
To do this, find the appointment in the "Upcoming Appointments" screen, and click on "Cancel". Then, find the campaign in the "Your Campaigns" screen and click "Copy Link" under Booking Page. You can then paste the link into an email or text message to the client so they can pick a new time.
Most calendaring services will send a cancellation notice to the customer notifying them that the original appointment has been cancelled.
This option is best when communicating with the customer via email
Option 2: "Reschedule" link in Great AEP and choose a new time for the customer
To do this, find the appointment in the "Upcoming Appointments" screen, and click on "Reschedule". Then, follow the scheduling process to select a new date and time.
This option is best when you are talking live with the customer.
