Share Your Booking Link

Scheduling isn't just for enrollment periods! Use your booking links in email signatures, your website, and online profiles to make it easy for your clients and prospects to meet with you. Here's how:

Option 1 - Share your main booking page

If you want to give people a choice of what type of appointment they want to set, you can share your main page that has all of your appointment types. To find it, log in to your Great AEP account and then click on "View Top Booking Page" in the upper right corner. 

Option 2 - Share a specific campaign booking page

Sometimes you want to send people straight to a specific campaign or event type. To get the campaign booking link, log in to your Great AEP account and go to your Campaigns page. Then find the campaign or event you want to share and select "Copy Link" next to it. Then, you can paste the link into the email or wherever else you'd like to share it.
