Changing Your Email

If you want to change the email on your account from the email you used at sign up, follow these steps (make sure you complete the confirmation in step 4):

1. Click on your icon in the upper right corner to open the dropdown menu and select "Profile"

2. On your profile page, enter your new email in the "email" field.

3. Scroll to the bottom of the page and click "update"

4. We will send a verification email to the new email address. Open the email from Great AEP with the subject "Confirmation Instructions", and then click on the link that says "Confirm my account."

Your email will not be updated until you finish step 4, so make sure you open the email and confirm your account.
