Review and Customize Invitations and Reminders

Great AEP has a pre built campaigns, complete with ready-to-send series of invitations and reminders that go out to your contacts, inviting them to meet with you. Use these to invite people to meet with you during AEP or Health Insurance Open Enrollment.

Reminders are also sent out for those who have meetings scheduled with you.


You can view these by clicking on CAMPAIGNS and then 'View' next to the campaign you are interested in.

From there you will see the 2021 Medicare Open Enrollment Plan Review campaign.

Step 1 - Click on either INVITATIONS or REMINDERS to view the sequence of emails and/or messages over the course of 40 days.

*** Under INVITATIONS there are 7 emails and 3 text messages.

Step 2 - For each email, click on VIEW to see the invitation.

Step 3 - Click on the EDIT button to open up the editor.

Note: You will find double curly brackets in the invitation body. These indicate that we are changing that piece of information with a variable about the contact e.g. {{first_name}} = contact's first name.

Step 4 - Click on TOKENS to change data on the invitation.

Step 5 - Be sure to click on UPDATE INVITATION to save your edits.

Editing can be done on emails and text messages and you can do it for invitations and reminders.
