Adding a Conferencing Service Such as Zoom, Gotomeeting, or Microsoft Teams

To connect an online conferencing service like Zoom or Go-To-Meeting to Great AEP.  

Step 1 - Click on your logo or picture in the upper right corner and choose Conferencing.


Step 2 - Click on Add a Conferencing Service. You will be guided through the process of adding Zoom, Microsoft Teams or Go-To-Meeting accounts and connect it to your Great AEP account.


Note: Follow the instructions and be sure to say YES to allow linking (You may see us as Great AEP or Chronify)

When someone makes an appointment with you, a personalized link is created for them to join the meeting.
